  In December I went to get my Eye lash extensions and the lady did them very good, The service was OK and the people working there looked miserable granted I waited 30 minutes but the place was packed so they were busy and more then likely tired giving the benefit of doubt. TODAY was a completely different story, I went in at 4pm there were 2 customers 3 nail techs and 1 pedicure guy sitting around on his phone, the lady tells me that she can't do my lashes because she's booked till 6pm and the other lady went to pick up her kids and wont be back till after 6pm as well, so come back at 6, I called and Let them know that I can't come in at 6pm please change it to 7pm, the guy on the phone says I will put you for 7pm why don't you come in as walk in, we stop accepting walk ins at 8pm but you can come in as a walk in after 7pm for lashes. i end up getting there around 7:35pm mind you I live 45 minutes away. the lady sees me sitting there for 20 minutes says something to the guy in their language and then he comes up to me and says, can you come back tomorrow morning she's booked with appointment she can't do your lashes tonight shes the only one who can do it because the other lady is off today...I told him I work tomorrow he asked me again tomorrow at 10 i repeated I work tomorrow, got up and told him Scratch my name off the list, I went for lashes, eyebrow and Pedicure I told him I come at 4pm she makes me go back home I come Back after talking to you on the phone and Now i have to go back home looking the same way i arrived; ridiculous. It was a total of 3 hours spent driving to and from both times I can't get that money back 3 hours is almost a half a tank ($20) of Gas. She was Rude not to look at me and at least tell me she wouldn't be able to do it and apologize at least for the inconvenience, and although he sounded partially sincere I still felt that they are insensitive to your time and money. I will neverrrrrr go back to them I left crying out of anger and disappointment. Disappointed because before moving to lakeland I bragged about them to my friends in miami and told them that's definitely going to be the ONLY place in lakeland that i would do my lashes but I guess after today I will be looking for somewhere closer to home and I ofcourse was angry because am a single mother it's hard to find a sitter so that I can go and pamper myself in peace and this is what happens now I lost $20 in gas and another $20 for the sitter thats $40 down the drain for nothing... honestly I wouldn't recommend this place, they don't care about their potential clients.
